Plot:First Line Narrative and Plot: “You’re a detective sergeant. You’re assigned to Robbery Detail. A ruthless fiend roams the streets of your city masquerading as a police officer. For months, helpless citizens have been robbed, beaten senseless and kidnapped. The criminal is a twisted genius, vicious, cunning. Your job is to get ‘em.”

Plot Extension: Ex-convict, Johnny Savage, stops by the police office to let them know he’s served his time and is out on the streets. A malicious robber, tall, dark hair and big hands is impersonating a police officer, usually striking when there’s a red traffic light. A girl is kidnapped from a parked car on Mullholland Dr. and recovers enough to identify Johnny Savage then dies. The “Red Light Bandit” is turned in by his own father, Carl Savage. Savage is captured after a high speed car chase.
